On the alien planet Tiamat, the remnants of Mankind dwindle. The Draken, once-rulers of Tiamat, grow wary of this invasive species that has ushered in the same war and pollution that destroyed Earth, and series of Draken attacks begin. After losing his family in an attack, Joseph Darian yearns for a way to help mediate the conflict. When he meets a boy from his mother's home country, he revisits a childhood dream that may just grant him his wish - in a larger way than he ever imagined possible.
