When the Soviets invade Alaska with armed seals and proxy mercenaries, Otto-Mac, a military-trained sea otter, is chosen to lead a counterstrike with a classified experimental Navy SEALs team called OTTER Team Zero. There in Alaska Otto-Mac will uncover the dark origins that created him.
