The story of an outcast among the other outcasts, the story of Project-X Subject 00-10, otherwise known as The Monster. Project-X is thrust into a broken world where he must find their place in all of it, while also trying to just stay alive. Granted that would be easier without all the guns, soldiers, Atlanteans, monsters, time travelers, yakuza, and numerous other enemies (and that's on a good day)...
