Jay Cargon is a well-known dog in the town of Sablonneux (Sab-loo-noo) because of his family being wealthy, yet he struggles to meet their expectations. When the day comes that he learns he is expected to marry someone his parents arranged, he's put under lots of stress. Tik Pike is a traveler who loves to write, after being chased out of the town when he was a pup, he finally returns years later, meeting someone who struggles like him. Will they be runaways together?
