After the first rebirth and with the increasing phenomenon of reincarnation, I.R.I.S. continues to stack years of manipulation to their victims, kidnapping and brainwashing the Reborns into mortal-killing machines, or what most people call them, assassins. One by one, stories of the affected will be told, and memories will be shared for that is their purpose, maybe someday they will get out of this loop, but will escaping be worth it if the government keeps repeating their wicked ways?
