Victor Wallace was born in 1952 in the pollution region. thats what they call it anyway. This town or is now known as a city of some sort, was an experiment of some kind. Made by great inventor Malcolm Ignorus. For you see this experiment was like no other. He created a city for copper robots to thrive with AI. It looked magnificent and the robots thrived, thus Malcolm's experiment was a success. after the great war many refugees moved to the abandoned city of the copper region. So did Victor.
