Paradise City is a tropical utopia where unregulated growth basically destroyed the line between corporations and mafia. This, of course, turned the city into a safe haven and perfect beeding ground of crimminals; which means that it's also the perfect place for bounty-hunters. Red is a bounty-hunter that saw his job become increasingly complicated when a very unlikely partner appeared in his life, changing his fate entirely.
