Elliot Davis, a college student in New York, goes to a bar to celebrate his 21st birthday. There however is where he drunkenly follows a girl out of the bar and into an alleyway to return her phone after she left it. That alleyway is also where he gets tangled up in a mess of doomsday cults, energy sucking monsters, and an organization of people with powers called 'lunics'.
