Perennials Mark is a member of a race that lives through their old age and at the moment they die they're reborn in their own body which reverses aging all the way back to being a baby and that goes on and on and it's an eternal cycle. They've been around for centuries and have held top positions in society since forever. Most of them have become senseless, brutal and corrupt.
