Phantom Blue On the outskirts of a city that is divided by power and money, Rafe, a low-life who commits crime for money, meets someone named Blake Rivershade in a laboratory while on a crime job. Blake appears to know nothing but his name, until he shortly learns he used to be a legend who created the very city everyone is living in. However, he also "died" over 30 years ago. Therefore, Blake begins a dangerous journey of self-discovery, finding out who he was, or perhaps more importantly, who he will be.
