Years ago, a girl named Evelyn "Ev" Kawaguchi moved to Green Lake City. After discovering she has powers that can be used for good, Ev takes up the name “Pigeon” and begins helping citizens and fighting crime. All while balancing her school work, her unpredictable friends, and her 8pm curfew.
