When his tiny spaceship with its tiny rockets landed on the tiny planet that he so righteously called his, Orion was surprised to see that the planet he thought empty was in fact not uninhabited—not at all, for there sat a woman who cried with such fervor and such sorrow that the universe pocketed her away into a corner of her own, surrounded by dust and storm and rock.
