Alwin, a human become immortal, is tasked with policing powers. If you misuse your power bestowed upon you, you can expect Alwin to come in to not only take your power away from you, but make sure you despise your power along the way. His method is bringing some science to powers to make them highly impractical, some even to the point of self-destruction.
