In this story only the rich and powerful have powers and our protagonist goes to a rich private school on a scholarship we’re he is bullied everyday for not having powers but then one day the protagonist gets kidnapped and taken to a lab we’re scientists torture him to see if anybody can awaken powers by force but our protagonist doesn’t have any powers so the give him a robot arm that has power he escapes the lab and decides he is going to get revenge on everyone who has made him suffer.
