World War 1 marked the last major global conflict. In new age America, a species of virus gives people superpowers. In response, the United States returns to isolationism and initiates martial law on the breed of superhumans, dubbed “virulents”. It is 2054 and Elliot M. Parkins, an agent of the Virulent Investigative Bureau, is assigned to capture a runaway fugitive. But during his manhunt, he soon finds himself as part of an imminent cover up. A cover up of superhuman genocide.
