From the moment that Uta was born, he was always in a state of confusion. He could never quite grasp the feelings of others, nor himself. Using his ability to see "fate" to benefit himself, his state of curiosity becomes increasingly morbid as he begins to hear more and more about the local serial killer "Two Face"...
