Impulsive Sexual Behavior is part of Manic Episode and it's never an excuse to take advantage of a person suffering from Bipolar Disorder or Mental Illness. In reality people with severe mental illness had suffered rape or attempted rape. Most of them happened in Mental Institution. I hope this episode will serve as an awareness.
