Quicksilver, the 'flash of silver light' that saved our world many years ago. Except, that 'flash of silver light' was a human, and no one knows who. Edgar, an especially rebellious teenager, hates the Militaries. He hates the people who destroy the world, but pretend like they're saving it. So, when Edgar sees this "flash of silver light' one night, he decides to do his biggest act of rebellion yet; befriending Quicksilver, and taking down the Militaries once and for all.
