Rabbit Rabbit, a super-powered, former assassin turned antihero with the ability to control and manipulate the perception of time, fights to atone for his troubled past and dismantle the corrupt system for which he used to work. The system is known as The Department and its true purpose is the eradication of existing global superpowers; in favor of one centralized planetary government. Rabbit ultimately teams up with several allies who aid in his efforts to abolish The Department and it's influence.
