Its been 2 years since tib went missing, and Los has slowed down his search in order to take care of his ill father. When one day, Los hears an anonymous tip about 2 rival gangs meeting up to discuss the mysterious death of both leaders. One of them being the DeadRabbits, the gang famous for taking control of most of the city. Los decides to make a surprise visit and see what's going on, but with his reputation there, it's not going to be that easy.
