It was during the 1980s when Rai was walking to school. It was the last day of school. He was nervous and wanted to join something that gave him purpose in life. He finally decided to attend the Ninja Force; he tried out and eventually made it to a squad with his dōryō Izuma, Masuki, and their sensei, Indra.
