I’ ve always wondered what servants would gossip about when their employers were not looking. I’m sure they know all sorts of juicy secrets about their families. Also! Mourning jewelry was an item worn in memory of someone, it could contain an image or painting, and in some cases, a lock of their hair. Although Wikipedia says it wasn’t as widespread to have hair, I think it’s more romantic!!
