Raka Blood Become a Patron  More than a century ago, a nuclear war ended with mutation of human genes, which grants the ability to control and bend blood. In the present day, Seta, a teenager, sacrifices himself to save someone from the terror of 'Cemani' gang member. Resulting him receives the gift of 'Raka'. Therefore, he joins the 'Aruna' police force, who he despises.
