Rapture Purgatory Miguel O’Hara aka Spider-Man 2099 consistently operates under the effects of an addictive drug called “Rapture” to permit his spider-like abilities and features. But when his supply of Rapture has depleted, he has to undergo the mission of breaking into Alchemax and stealing more. He looks to none other than Black Cat - A well-endowed, cunning and physically-skilled cat burglar of the Spider-Man canon — for assistance in such a task. A specific noted barrier - Black Cat always falls for Spider-Man. And in order to protect the canon, he sets out to find Feliçia Hardy of Earth 777, the Black Cat with a burning hatred for Spider-Man and a hatred that works in Miguel’s favor. Reluctantly agreeing to aid him in his mission, Feliçia teams up with Spider-Man 2099 to retrieve the Rapture and return him home safely before his timed next dose, and the body’s rejection known as “The Final Hour”.
