And that's the end of first part of Before Winter. This traumatic event set up the entire Simon's behaviour for the series. However, as this was the darkest thing I've ever written/drawn, I can promise you all that from now on Simon will finally find happiness! Next episode he'll meet Mark for the first time and I can tell you, it will be hilarious!
