Rat comic is about three rats. Fred is an alcoholic and gambling addict, he is also the father of Jimmy. Jimmy is a young rat around the age 14, his father doesn't really care about him. Tod is the last rat of the three he is around the same age as Jimmy, Tod is homeless because his parents kicked him out. Want to find out what happens then read.
