When the plague came to the city, the wealthy fled and had the poor sealed within the walls to die. A year later, they sent a Reclamator, a soldier with a title and no identity, to break into the city in an effort to see if it's habitable again. An unfinished proof of concept from 2016, let me know if you'd like to see this continued.
