London, 1855, many murderers in the city and one scientist decided to make an experiment with goverment's investions, catched 50 different killers and forced them to live in a hotel, and hired staff to arrive every week and buy them what they want. Will the most of the killers survive and behave like normal people or not? Or will they just kill eact other?
