Red Hunter, Kisi the Electron Girl, and Red Origins all feature "mangu." Mangu are those that have the ability to do magic. In Europe, you know them as wizards and witches. In Japan, you may know them as Shinobi. In Red Hunter the mangu are "rogue" and so they operate outside the normal rules of the Juju World.
