The story takes place In a modern post war fictional world. Everyone has a soulmate that can be identified by an invisible red thread that only they can see. Despite the trickery of industries marketing off of "soulmates" and the after effects of the war, a high school girl and boy find themselves hearing each others voices in their heads which leads to the ultimate search for true love.
