Skylar Shepherd wants to atone for her past as a thief to make her adoptive father proud of her. The opportunity is given to her when she wakes up with powers after being bitten by a strange wolf in the forest. With her new abilities she becomes the masked hero known as Red Wolf. After a fire at his father’s science lab, James Wilson discovers his father was murdered. James becomes the bow wielding vigilante Barred Owl to catch the criminal responsible.
