Millions of years ago on Venus, humans thrived. A greedy imperial corporation called Babylon was destroying the planet with pollution. A team of freedom fighters vowed to put an end to this, and restore the planet to natural resources. Khan a young and highly skilled fighter, recently beat the undefeated champion Taz. Upon winning this tournament, the freedom fighters, and Babylon both took interest in him. He decided to take a guardian position, working for and protecting Babylon.
