All the land has ever known is life under the oppressive rule of an immortal, evil sorcerer. Bandits and monsters roam, terrorizing those incapable of fending for themselves. Kerone is a simple girl from a small village tucked away in the woods, struggling to carve out a decent life. Dreams of a frozen tower begin to haunt her and she hears a story of an ancient hero, locked away by the sorcerer an untold time ago.
