Royal Game is about a young man, Gnik, who struggles with personality issues. One day he encounters a mysterious chess master who challenges him to a game of fate. Gnik's life will change when he finds out the truth about the world, chess, and this Chess master who is really recruiting a team of mystical chess players to combat an evil no one has ever heard of.
