Rythem Overture - Operation Grimoire
Rote Rosenbluth, Native German vampire that serves SS Division in 1939. He is the one who tell Lord Vigor, that his Grimoire (book of spell) is in Nationalist hand, and he knows they will use it for war advantage. He do the paperwork on Lord Vigor identity and tasks so there's no suspicious among insider.
