Saint Basin After serving only 12 years of a 40-year prison sentence, Kain raises eyebrows with his sudden freedom. Set in Saint Basins Midtown District, Port Whyte, where the bizarre thrives and unnatural events are commonplace, the story follows Kain, a recently released ex-convict, as he re-enters society with a vendetta against a man in a pigeon suit.
