In a world where superpowers are used to slave power dampened humans, the Tyrant King, makes them fight to the death purely for his entertainment. The Tyrant King, calls this survival event “The Games”, that are held 7 times a year. The way that the Tyrant King was able to do this was by putting power dampeners on every person that exhibited powers so that he wouldn't be overthrown.
