Second Place In a government controlled world without understanding, people have powers known as Abilities. Rogue Abilities users causing havoc and The Heroes there to stop them, while also resisting control from the government. The Main Character Han'ei goes for his dream to be a Hero to help and save as many people as he can, while also saving himself.
