August Winchester, an airsoft enthusiast/high school student In Vertmere City, had his life turned upside down when he came across Agent Hayes, a gravely wounded hitman. With little choice, Agent Hayes bequeathed August with Remedy, a sentient gun with a human form. Armed with his mysterious new bond August must do battle with giant creatures known as Enigmas, his own awkwardness with Remedy, and balance his school life, under the supervision of Milo Harts, director of O.M.E.N.
