I think it’s interesting how we all visualize & hear our thoughts differently. I've always struggled with verbally expressing my thoughts, especially negative/depressive feelings, so I often rely on art to convey them. I wanted to convey the suffocating feeling of hiding heavy emotions to avoid being a burden or an outcast. And to show how warm it is to be heard & accepted for all sides of you.
