2045. A domestic terrorist group known as Tacenda uploaded cybernetic malware into Lunaria’s civilian network. Citizens chipped with Bancroft cyber implants turned psychotic, attacking anybody in sight and plunging the city into chaos. This tragic event has thus been titled "The Indoctrination". With 5 years passing and still no information on Tacenda's identity, the Lunaria Police Department hire a mercenary band led by Agni Takahashi to ultimately put an end to the madness.
