Raxer had very awful time growing up and some traumatic events made him totally lose his mind and hopes He just doesnt see point in trying to be nice and controll himself. He is also very mentally unstable so he often just do things without thinking. That is also reason why even tho he is adult he is forced to be under supervision of others [usually Xantos'].
