Trixie Raingaurd is the star of the track team, Elaine Atherton is the student council president, and unfortunately, at the receiving end of the track stars fury when she is mysteriously suspended from the team before an important race. when the two are forced into a term project together chaos ensues as Elaine tries to befriend Trixie and keep her 'perfect' facade, and Trixie tries to maintain the distance she has with everyone to keep herself and her family safe from the whispers of others.
