It's been almost 50 years since the end of the 'Last war' and now the survivors have rebuilt the perfect society where there's free healthcare and education for all, there's no homelessness or poverty. Everyone is as happy as can be thanks to the 'the best thing you can wear is a smile' program with successful results after centuries of it being implemented in society.
