I feel like this sums up pretty well what life is like. I even think I do this creatively. When I work on a Space Deer I often think "hmm, it would be really fun to prototype this game idea." Then once I do sit and code something I go, "but gosh it's so fun to draw Space Deer." I wish I could be everywhere and do everything at once.
