In a world of art and creation, everyone has a certain element they can bring to life with its color. El, a 16 year old boy, is at the center of the conflict between the government (Colours) and rebellion (shades), when a life changing event puts him on the run as he attempts to regain the peaceful life he once had. With the help of some friends, El must protect himself and those supporting him from those who want to use his power, the power to wield every color. He is the Spectrum.
