19 year old Alex Archer was bitten by a radioactive spider. But in this universe, the spider was fused with a praying mantis. One bite from this spider could be fatsl, leading to over 30 military soldier deaths. The spider escaped with some help, Alex was bitten by the Death Spider, giving him superpowers. Alex has to stop the villain from creating more death spiders and infecting every other universe.
