Around one year ago, 16-year-old Sparky and her four "siblings" escaped from the Government lab that was experimenting on them because of their psychic abilities. Sparky has nearly adjusted to an urban lifestyle, with her caring biological mother, when she is contacted by a mysterious stranger. Sparky always thought that her siblings were safe... but her peace of mind is shattered when she discovers that there were six psychic children held at the lab, not five.
