Aspen Verdell has never been the type of person to give up. No matter the number charred geodesic domes or frustrating lack of magical ability, she's dead-set in reaching her ultimate goal: getting her true home back. So when a run-away mage abruptly makes her way to Aspen's neck of the woods, of course they'll have their lives intertwined, despite having their pasts unraveled.
