Researchers of the Institute of Panoptic Knowledge see discovery through the lens of their own anxieties, paranoia, hope and belief. Obsession with esoteric theories and secret histories, convincing the party of intellectuals that the supposedly consequential object, found in the ice of the Arctic tundra, is more than it appears by eye to be.
